Our client in Birkenhead is hiring a supervisor to join their busy warehouse production team.

The working hours are Monday-Thursday 4pm - 1am.

Working for this well-known company, the Warehouse Supervisor will join a busy team. The role has come about due to an increase in workload within the business, so the Warehouse Supervisor will be key to this continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting into the Warehouse Manager you will support the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment, including:

- Supervising the team to ensure that they are at all times aware of their role and responsibilities
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager to organize staffing levels required to fulfil volume requirements.
- Ensuring packing process is accurate, coordinating stock intake and ensuring dispatch deadlines are met Ensure work allocations relate to priorities
- Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and record keeping
- Promoting and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment to ensure operational efficiency

Skills and Experience:

- Previous supervisory or management experience within a similar environment
- Warehouse or production knowledge is essential
- Communication skills at all levels
- Skills in MS Office, able to pick up new systems quickly
