**Role**:

- To ensure that all E Plans are fully completed and up to date.
- To identify where the E plan record requires input from specific individual colleagues and to ensure updates are completed on time
- To complete E audits assigned by manager
- To review E audits are completed within the schedule.
- Liaison with other staff members as per the role requires.
- To work 25% contracted hours in direct care role.
- To complete tasks assigned by home manager.
- To monitor training compliance and report any individuals or courses requiring to be completed to the manager.

**Accountabilities**:

- Monitoring and reviewing E plan, E Audit, Training compliance within the home.
- Ensuring all e plans and e audits are compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensuring no actions remain outstanding for longer than agreed time allocation.

**Responsibilities**:
In discharging these responsibilities they are responsible for:

- Effective implementation, review and updating of the E Plans.
- Effective monitoring of e audit compliance and actions required, assigning actions to specific individuals as required in the service.
- Manage and maintain e audit compliance.
- Working closely with the home manager and clinical lead to improve and maintain essential documentation the service

Role Description - Quality Assurance Compliance Manager

**Competency Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience or working in a care home completing care documentation.
- Effective communication within team and with stakeholders
- Appreciation of other work disciplines, such as maintenance. nursing.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant qualification in NVQ up to level 3
- Desired level 5.

**Salary**: £11.03 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jarrow, NE32 5NN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Care: 3 years (preferred)
