Purple Granite have been trading since 2010 and, since then, we have seen our business grow more and more. We pride ourselves on supplying the best value stone worktops without compromising quality. We supply to the kitchen, shop fitting and building trade as well as direct to the public.

We are looking to expand our Sales Team and are looking for a new energetic, positive, and enthusiastic colleague to help to take Purple to the next level.

**Overall Purpose and objective**

As a Sales Assistant your duties and responsibilities will be to assist the Sales Team in all customer relations.

You will be responsible for creating an attractive and welcoming environment within the showrooms for the customers to assist with maximizing sales. You will be expected to build up a good knowledge of the company’s products.

**The job role will include**
- Meeting and greeting clients when they come into the showrooms.
- The ability to listen to the client’s needs and assist them with their initial requirements.
- Be able to take detailed information from the client to provide quotations.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure product samples are up to date.
- Maintain and refresh showroom window displays.

Working hours are 10:00am - 4:00pm 5 days per week. Saturday working is required with a day in lieu during the week.
- Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 pro rata plus sales commission._
