**OneCloud Scotland** is expanding into new locations across Edinburgh and Glasgow, and we’re looking for **dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers** to join our growing team.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking compassionate, resilient individuals with a strong background in child care and residential support, who can provide consistent, trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex needs.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** working with children and young people in residential or similar care settings
- Solid understanding and experience in supporting **challenging behaviours** and **mental health needs**:

- Strong **de-escalation techniques** and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively
- Hold a minimum of **SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)** or equivalent
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Flexible to work a variety of **shift patterns**, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
