**Recruitment Administrator**

The Consumer Helpline are expanding and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in our busy inbound contact centre in the heart of Swansea. We are expanding rapidly, and we are looking to grow our teams, the next 12 months will be a busy and exciting time which makes now the perfect opportunity for you to come on board and grow with us.

**Pay**:Between £22,000 and £25,000 dependant on experience.

**Your working hours**

You will work Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

**The Role**

Your overall duties will be to provide administrative support for the Recruitment function.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Advertising vacancies across various job boards.
- Conducting face to face interviews and role plays.
- Assisting with the on boarding of new starters.
- Ensure all new starter right to work correctly documented.
- Conduct pre-employment checks using electronic systems.
- To provide general administrative and phone based support to the wider Recruitment, HR and Well-being teams.

**What are we looking for from you?**
- A background in recruitment or HR administration.
- Proven administration skills working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong communication skills and accuracy in work with high attention to detail.
- Proficient PC skills with intermediary Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Be a team player with a proactive approach and be receptive to change.
- Have the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
- A flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work independently and additional hours when required to meet business or department demands.
