Unum UK are recruiting a digital marketing enthusiast with a knack for orchestrating seamless communication journeys. We are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, leveraging the power of Pardot and digital marketing expertise to drive B2B engagement to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Pardot's tracking and analytics capabilities to understand lead engagement and implement data-driven strategies based on lead behaviour and digital footprint.
- Integrate social and paid media strategies with automation to optimize return on investment and propel marketing efforts to new heights.
- Deliver actionable insights through analytics and reporting, providing valuable guidance for continuous optimization and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Pardot or Marketing Cloud and marketing automation platforms.
- Expertise in utilizing analytics tools to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in integrating social and paid media strategies with marketing automation to maximize ROI.
