**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team at the head office in Preston. This role is essential to our operation, ensuring the smooth flow of data and information from our Graham Eyes butcher counters in SPAR shops.

**Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing**
- Sales Data Analysis: Organise and review sales figures from products sold in our SPAR shops, extracting valuable insights to drive business decisions.
- Report Creation: Generate reports based on sales data analysis, providing actionable information to various departments within the organisation.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data and related information.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and shop managers to gather necessary data and resolve queries.
- Administrative Support: Utilise your previous administration experience to assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Multitasking: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently, especially when working under pressure.

If you are an organised and detailed-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and data analysis and possess the following skills, we want to hear from you
- Good IT skills, particularly in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Data analysis capability to draw meaningful insights from sales data.
- Previous administration experience is desirable.
