**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a courteous and professional manner at all times
- Answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently, using proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as required
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organised records and files both digitally and physically
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency

**Experience**
- Prior office experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on administrative roles
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks is essential
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and visitors
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable
- Previous experience in customer service or reception roles will be considered an advantage
