**Approximate Shift Pattern Mon-Sun**:
**Event Days: 8am-4pm & 4pm-11pm**
**Prep Days: 9am-5pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Keep kitchen, kitchen equipment, fridges, ovens, pots/pans, shelves clean to required standards.

Level 1 Food Hygiene & Safety.

**Event Days: 8am-4pm & 4pm-11pm**
**Prep Days: 9am-5pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep kitchen, kitchen equipment, fridges, ovens, pots/pans, shelves clean to required standards.
- Help prepare food (peeling, chopping etc)
- Help plate food under direction of chef.
- Help serve/cook evening buffet.
- Cook breakfast for guests if required.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 7 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
