Senior Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager

We have a brand new, exciting opportunity available for a Senior Service Delivery Manager at QA - the UK’s leading tech talent and training organisation, where you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a large, diverse and rapidly growing team andgovern service delivery processes to ensure our clients are receiving a high and consistent service.

**Skills**:

- Experience of working in a customer centric, fast paced environment
- Experience identifying business process improvements
- An understanding of service business processes and methodologies
- Experience leading, managing and motivating people

This is a permanent role, based remotely with occasional travel and an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading, well established and rapidly growing organisation, offering multiple benefits including 27 days of annual leave plus 2 days of paidcharity leave per year, as well as 3 days of training fully funded from our catalogue of thousands of courses to choose from.
