**The Upex Group **is currently looking for a **Groundsperson **to join our team.

**Location**: Cambridge

**Pay Rate**:£12.82 per hour

**Shift Pattern**: 5 days out of 7

**Working Hours**: 7:00AM - 4:00PM (Full-time)

**Duties Include**:

- Reporting any maintenance problems to management
- To comply with all Health and Safety regulations
- Grass cutting, strimming and weeding
- Litter picking and Emptying bins

**Desired Traits Include**:

- Driving licence and owning a reliable form of Transport to get to the site
- Available to start immediately
- Flexible working availability
- Looking for long-term work
