**The Role**

We have a vacancy for a full time Yard Operative at our**Hove** Branch to handle and maintain yard stocks, load and unload both customer, supplier and company delivery vehicles. Serving customers, advising on stock, availability and product ranges.

To ensure the premises are kept to a high standard to comply with Health & Safety regulations, maintaining a clean and tidy yard and working area.

All this under the authority of the Branch Manager.

**Specific Experience & Skills Required**

Experience in similar roles preferred.

Excellent customer service skills, Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Product knowledge

Forklift experience

Health & Safety awareness

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Strong team player who works as part of a team and independently.

**The Hours**

Full time between the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Alternate Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm.
