**Support Worker Role**:
Your role will involve supporting children and/or adults with complex learning, physical and behavioral difficulties with community, supported living or residential care settings. We have a variety of shifts available to commit to across Hampshire. **Due to the nature of the role of a flexible worker it is important that you can get around your local area easily, either by driving or by good public transport links.**

The support worker role will include behavioral support (de-escalating challenging behaviors), physical care if working with adults (such as personal care and use of hoists), and domestic duties such as help preparing meals and light household duties. You will be given support and training to make the role a success.

**What we are looking for in our support workers**:
We are looking for individuals with relevant or similar experience within the health and social care industry. Have a friendly, personable approach and can remain calm when under pressure in challenging situations. No day is the same within this industry, so having resilience is an ideal skillset to have as a support worker.

If you are proactive, resilient, friendly and have the drive and passion to support others with challenging or complex needs then this could be a great role for you.
