**About The Role**:
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a number of Dynamics 365 Developers to work for an end client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role with the occasional travel to the client’s office in Solihull.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of custom solutions within Dynamics 365, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to the growth of the Complex Case Management team capability

**About You**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customisation
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform hands-on development = CRM, Customer Services (D365 Sales and Marketing modules are nice to have).
- Strong knowledge of C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Proven experience with Azure Logic Apps
- Strong experience in developing with APIs and Integrations.
- Working with and within DevOps practices
