This ASD specialist provision in Basildon provides a safe, secure and happy learning environment for their students are looking for a specialist 1:1 to work with two students in years 1 and 2. You will work with the same two students through to them leavingin year 6 so being able to build positive relations is key.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be expected too;
- Follow instructions from Teachers in order to effectively support your 1:1 student.
- Adhere to professional practice standards and legislation, including confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion policies
- Support students on 1:1, adapting your approach on a case by case basis in order to engage students effectively
- Help children with learning and development
