**Main Purpose and Context of the Job**

The Despatch Administrator role is significant to the goods out process. Providing administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Managing bookings, stock files and day-to-day support in the despatch office.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Answering the phone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Liaising with suppliers, haulers & 3PL storage companies
- Prepare paperwork for operational team and dispatch orders from system
- Track inventory and report results.
- Maintain incumbent finished goods stock.
- Support stock control team with responsibilities as/when required.
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Key Result Areas**:

- Customer/supplier relations
- Inventory & PI accuracy
- Extract data from System 21 then provide reports to Supply Chain and finance.

**Previous Experience (required to perform duties satisfactorily)**
- Experience within a fast-moving chilled environment.
- To demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to procedures.
- Customer Communication & Support
- Experience of understanding and delivering KPI’s.
