Account Handler

Our Account Handlers have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends here) earn a basic salary relative to their experience as well as a generous bonus structure. The team currently work in a hybrid manner with 2 days in office and 3 days at home, however you will be required to work in the office full time at the start for training purposes.

**So, what does the role of Insurance Account Handler here involve?**

Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.

**What are we looking for in our Account Handlers?**
- **2+ years of insurance experience is essential for this role.**:

- **Ideally you will have commercial insurance experience however we are open to those with personal lines experience.**:

- Acturis experience would be ideal
- Next, we need you to be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit
