Demand Planner

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leading luxury brand who employee in excess of 9000 people across 45 countries having originated in the UK in the early 90's.

Reporting in to the Head of Planning and Purchasing you will be part of a small team and will be responsible for:

- Liaise with colleagues within the EMEA and North America to provide short and long-term forecast of the company product portfolio for designated Global region
- Ensure forecasts are aligned with the Sales budget.
- Analyse sales data to drive forecast efficiency and investigate variances.
- Liaise with the Purchasing team to ensure that the demand plan is deliverable considering available inventory and product lead-times.
- Drive (as appropriate) S&OP across Supply Chain and Sales/Commercial teams.
- Work with the rest of the Demand Planning team to review safety stock levels, generate and present reports. Reports include but are not limited to: Forecast vs Actual, Supply Gap Analysis, Slow and Obsolete lines.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning Colleagues on continuous improvement within the team to support business needs; make recommendations, look for opportunities and implement change.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous Demand Planning/Forecasting/Data Analysis experience is essential
- Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
- Clear planning and prioritising skills
- Established and maintained working relationships with external suppliers or customers
- High standard of computer literacy - must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Commercial acumen desirable
- Knowledge of ERP systems
