Santander Global Technology is looking for a **Antimalware Team Leader. **The individual will ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the managed solutions and systems. Antimalware team leader will manage and lead a small team of analysts. The team leader will work in conjunction with the PROTECT's Endpoint Security manager to coordinate work streams and activities around their projects. The individual will be directly involved in the development of the security products, controls and compliance of the managed systems. This includes 55k+ endpoints of which 18k are servers.

**Position: IT Leader**

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Effectively manage the team and deliverables. Tracking and reporting to management on the deliverables Helping with training and development of the team Create an aspiring team environment with an open communication culture Make recommendations on the relevant IT projects Incident management Ensure SLA’s are met KRIs and KPI reports Monitoring compliance of managed products Problem solving and support to business function Report and escalate to management as needed Create and maintain documentation for the managed systems Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information systems or equivalent.

**Years of Experience**:

- 5+ Endpoint Security role

**Skills**:

- IT Security Knowledge
- In depth knowledge of the Antimalware field
- Proven working experience with Enterprise level of security suite(McAfee, Crowdstrike, TrendMicro desirable)
- Understanding and appreciation of security, reliability, scalability and availability requirements
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly up and down the technical and business hierarchy, from technical to C-Level
- Commitment to supporting and maintaining solutions on an ongoing basis and provide last-line support for production systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SANS Institute GIAC Certifications (GSEC, GCIH, GMON, GCIA, GREM), ISACA Certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC), and Information Security Professional Certifications (CISSP, GISP) are a plus.
