**Maintenance Planner - Stevenage - Up to £30,000 Plus excellent benefits**

Are you ambitious and passionate about project planning? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK based at one of their prestigious Client's sites in Stevenage.

**Location: Stevenage**

**Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday**

**Salary: Up to £30,000**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Utilise the Asset Management System to incorporate all planned, breakdown, new work, and contracted tasks.
- record actions and approvals for the plan by liaison with the facilities management through planning meetings.
- Undertake customer satisfaction questionnaires of completed works and record the feedback.
- Print off appropriate work dockets as and when required, and pass these on to the appropriate WSO (Work Supervising Officer).
- Development of the proposed plan, evaluating materials and resource requirements.
- Undertake the processing and chasing up of work packages, through close liaison with Management and Supervisors to meet the requirements of the Facility Plan.
- Ensure that all outstanding work is monitored and reviewed and that WSO.
- Cover Leave/absences of other facilities co-ordinators as and when the need arises and carry out any duties as required by the facilities co-ordinator Team Leader.
- Be able to demonstrate related experience in a help desk / planning environment.
- Strong Negotiation and Management skills.
- Ability to be resilient under pressure and be able to converse confidently with staff, suppliers and customers at all levels.
- Practical experience in an operational environment is preferable.
- T Literate.
- Project Planning abilities.
- Practical experience in an operational environment.

Knowledge of planning tools is required.
