Head Chef

An Award Winning Company is seeking a **Head Chef** to maintain the standards that are expected by locals and visitors to this tourist destination. This company offers a good work life balance for all employees and rewards staff with companydiscounts and bonuses. As head chef you will be expected to follow branded core menus which you will have an input to develop, but will also have autonomy on specials and function menus. This is a busy Inn especially during holiday seasons offering a varietyof dining options including afternoon teas and can also cater for weddings and events for up to 60 seated covers. As Head Chef work closely with the motivated team of chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. Thekitchen is well supported and fully equipped, as Head Chef you will be leading the team of chefs from the front ensuring the standards are maintained during extremely busy peaks.
