In addition, they also allowsocial workers the autonomy to decide the best methods when making assessments as their main focus is on the work done not the manner by which it is done. **Duties**:As a social worker working in the Children Assessment Team, you will be responsible for undertaking effective assessment and care planning in conjunction with partner agencies to deliver the very best outcomes for children, theirfamilies and their communities with a primary focus on crisis intervention and safety and contingency planning. **Requirements**:To be considered for this role you need to be a UK resident with a valid drivers licence.
