ABOUT THE ROLE: BODYSHOP ADVISOR (MATERNITY COVER)

Here at Halliwell Jones (Wilmslow) Bodyshop Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Bodyshop Advisor (Maternity Cover). The position is located at our Wilmslow Centre consisting of Aftersales, Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
- To confirm method of payment with customer.
- To organise the loading of the Bodyshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity and available staff, this in conjunction with workshop control.
- To carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the Bodyshop.
- To build relationships with engineers and insurance companies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Knowledge of Drive invoicing
- Excellent customer service and organisation skills
- Experience of cash credit control
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work within a team environment
