Severfield Infrastructure Limited is part of the Severfield group, which is the market leader in modular buildings, powder handling & structural steel, recognised for its iconic structures and engineering excellence. Involved in the UK’s highest profile building projects such as the Shard, 22 Bishopsgate and Tottenham stadium.

We are looking for a Night Shift Team Leader to oversee the production of fabricated steel throughout the factory.

Your role is to oversee all aspects of the production & coordination of the teams within the processing, fabrication, painting & despatch functions. You will need to be safety driven & have an attention to detail, working safely and efficiently to deliver high end products on target within budgeted hours.

You will support management within all aspects of production within each specific area. You will adjust manning levels per department in accordance with complexity of the product, workload and experience of the operatives working in the area.

Within this role, you will be responsible for all areas working on shift. Hours are Monday - Thursday 17:30 - 04:00.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate tangible organisational abilities, the ability to remain calm under pressure with a professional “can do” attitude. You must also be confident in using Microsoft packages such as excel & outlook. Further to this you will be required to hold relevant qualifications/certifications that compliment your experience & ability and a sound experience if the steel processing and fabrication industry.
