**Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)**

About this Role

**Term-Time + Training Days. Part Time 17.5 hours per week, Wednesday from 10am, All day Thursday and Friday.**

We are looking for a calm, consistent, and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive both academically and personally. You will work closely with our supportive team to deliver high-quality, targeted support, including for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

**About You**

To be a good fit for this role, you will be;
- Confident in curriculum knowledge - understanding learning goals and how to support them effectively
- Able to use their initiative - working independently, leading groups, and taking responsibility when needed.
- Empathetic and supportive - understanding pupil needs, managing behaviour positively, and building strong relationships.
