**Data Analyst**

We are recruiting for a Data Analyst to be part Hybrid and office based. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

**Salary 42,000.00 plus bonus.**

**Permanent, hybrid with 2 days at home**

**Location: South London based (Epsom/ 3 days office 2 WFH)**

**Required: Full-time, 40 hours a week.**

**The Role**
- Delivery of reporting requirements - Monthly, Quarterly and Annual
- Create a system of data collection, collation, and analysis which allows deep understanding of the opportunities and impacts across the business.
- Develop Business Cases based upon data
- Able to interface with roles such as Audit functions, Compliance (statutory and legal) owners.
- Analyse and interpret data, identify trends and report with recommendations
- Managing our internal online E- Learning portal (Elfy)
- Book face to face training courses
- Manage the companies apprenticeship programme and Government Levy.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in a previous or similar role in a professional Data Analyst
- Working in a fast pace, high profile, critical environment
- Excellent Communication skills at all levels

**Skills**:

- You're analytical and comfortable in dealing with data/numbers
- Knowledge and experience in extracting large data sets using SQL
- Knowledge of working with vast amounts of data retaining accuracy
- Expert experience in using Excel including VBA and/or other statistical analysis
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Working with the most up to date/state of the art/care home IT technologies
