- Assist students in selecting suitable courses and modules
- Provide information on academic programmes, entry requirements, and career opportunities
- Offer advice on study skills, time management, and exam preparation
- Support students in resolving academic or personal issues
- Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to ensure student success
- Collaborate with academic staff to address student needs and concerns

Experience:

- Previous experience in education or student support roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate students towards achieving their academic goals
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for helping students succeed in their educational pursuits
