**KM4Talent** are recruiting for several Data Analysts in the Lincolnshire area to work for an organisation who are passionate about enriching and simplifying the lives of their local communities.

Reporting into the Head of Data and Analytics you will be supporting the delivery of key programmes with insight gathered from numerous data sources and will be helping to shape future strategies.

In this role you will be building relationships with numerous companies to meet data requests and will have the opportunity to build your own profile both internally and externally at a very senior level.

**What will you be doing?**
- High-quality analysis and impact reporting
- Working in collaboration with key stakeholders to provide concise programme statistics
- Exploring data and making recommendations for service improvement
- Identify areas for data quality improvement
- Reporting on patterns, trends and root causes and presenting findings
- Identifying areas for process automation
- Refining data collection processes
- Analysing and updating volumetric and impact-based assumptions and actuals
- Develop critical insights to inform decisions

**Who are you?**

Aside from being a data expert with recent experience in this area you will also need to be:

- Able to make sense of something complex and recommend practical solutions
- Be curious, analytical and great at solving problems
- Have exceptional relationship building skills
- Be able to work with a substantial degree of personal responsibility and autonomy
