As a Resourcing Partner, you will take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for key business areas. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that we bring on board the best talent to allow Heathrow to make every journey better for millions of passengers. You will ensure that Heathrow continually attracts and selects a diverse and high-performing workforce. Your relationship-building skills with key stakeholders are key to success in this role.
- Developing authentic working partnerships with core stakeholders whilst building a deep appreciation of recruitment needs and capability gaps.
- Developing and sharing insightful reporting to demonstrate progress against targets; measuring Return on Investment against Key Performance Indicators.
- Taking a data-focused approach to recruitment delivery, ensuring the continued accuracy of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and proactively developing insights based on regular performance analysis.
- Partnering with the business and external vendors on appropriate, cost-effective attraction and assessment methodology across internal and external recruitment.
- Taking accountability for effectively delivering Heathrow’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) - ensuring our internal and external career sites are relevant, accessible, and attractive.
- Evidence of managing the delivery of multiple best-practice recruitment campaigns in a structured, hands-on manner.
- Proven delivery of successful recruitment campaigns with high-touch stakeholder engagement and compliance; delivered efficient recruitment services against forecasts and targets.
- Demonstration of recruitment-related continuous improvement solutions and management of specific resourcing-related projects.
- A working knowledge of recruitment practices that promote diversity and inclusion with an appreciation of internal mobility opportunities.
