We have a vacancy for an Admin Assistant to cover maternity leave in the Endoscopy Department who will be part of the Clinical Administration Unit at the Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury.
This position is pivotal to help provide an efficient, well organized administration service. The applicant should be a team player who can prioritize their own workload and also assist in helping the booking team.

You will be required to work in conjunction with the administration team.
Reception duties.
Adding referrals to the waiting list.
Filing of case notes, results, reports etc. and sending to relevant consultants and GP’s.
Requesting case notes for surveillance procedures. Checking demographic details on spine portal and posting out questionnaires.
