**Generator Power** is the UKs largest independent rental generator company, running a fleet from 10KVA to 1250KVA sets to cater for a wide variety of industries such as; Offshore oil and gas, telecoms, manufacturing, events and construction. We have one of the widest ranges in the UK, with generators and ancillary equipment that can handle anything from a planned event to an emergency power shortage.

We get power where it’s needed, with nine depots dotted around England, Scotland and Wales work together to help us respond quickly and efficiently. Plus, our range of specialist vehicles mean we can get to the places others can’t. Providing power for isolated masts, construction sites, tight inner city streets, outdoor events and even offshore platforms are all in a day’s work.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Generator Power is growing rapidly and are requiring a Depot Administrator to join the team at Inverness depot.

**Working part time - Monday to Friday - 20-25 Hours per week, open to disscuss working hours.**

**Duties/Responsibilities/Skills required**:
Responsible for all administration within the depot.

Ensure all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly.

Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders onto the company InspHire system to minimise account queries and potential credits.

Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file, containing all relevant paperwork including signed delivery and collection notes.

Advise Transport Department of any necessary movements within a timely manner.

Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings in a polite and professional manner as trained.

Ensure own individual knowledge is enhanced by constantly aiming to learn/improve and taking on board training as necessary.

Achieve all targets and KPI’s that are set for individuals/Administration team - example month end target for posting invoices 8th of each month.

Check daily all off hires due from awaiting off hire report and update Line Manager of progress if there are any delays.

Any customer queries must be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.

Any amendments for Audit purposes are to be dealt with in the time scale given.

Line Manager or Director’s requests are to be completed within the same day or within timescale provided by them.

Liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

**Qualifications/Skills required**:
GCSE in English & Maths.

Confidence with IT and computer packages - Excel an advantage

Strong administration skills

Excellent organisational skills.

Good communications skills, written and verbal.

An ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
