Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Adapt to new products, services, and processes quickly, using your curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Meet personal and team sales targets through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced retail environment, managing challenges with composure and professionalism.
- Promote and maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring the store is always welcoming and well-organized.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering expert advice and guidance on products and services.

**Requirements**:

- No prior retail experience required - a strong drive to succeed and the ability to connect with others is all that’s needed.
- Confidence in your ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexibly within the given hours.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not essential.
- A passion for learning and self-improvement.
