We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wincanton Telford on a 12 month fixed term contract. Where we provide logistics services for our customer RBSL. We’re looking for individuals with great attention to detail and good IT skills to perform a range of warehouse, inventory, and administration tasks.

There will be a requirement to work 0800-1600 for training when you first join the team.

**Day to Day**
- Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner
- Completing a range of warehouse inventory
- Data input and related admin tasks
- Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse
- Undertaking local deliveries
- Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations

**What will you bring?**
- Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct
- The quality of work is the main consideration, so a good level of attention to detail is required
- Excellent IT skills
- Understanding the need for a high level of customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses would be an advantage, although full training will be provided Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided
