**Client Overview**:
My client is a leading independent company who provides service solutions in the Forklift Trucking Industry.

**The Role**:

- You will be required to travel to customer sites to service and preventative maintenance of the customer's forklift trucks.
- Engineers will be able to check the planner board on their tablets which diaries their day and gives clear information on jobs.
- Attend breakdowns and perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault diagnosis.
- Develop and maintain high levels of customer service relationships with the customers.
- Adhering to Health & Safety requirements at all time
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the forklift is essential.
- Clean Driving Licence
- Be able to perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault diagnosis.
- Customer service experience
- Must be a good communicator.
- Self-motivated with a desire to drive improvement.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt with the company.
- A flexible approach to travel.
