A typical day may involve posting and scheduling social media posts across all our digital platforms. Designing and building web and intranet pages for our clinical and non-clinical teams. Getting out and about at our hospital and community sites filming and editing content. You will be keen to use analytics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns so we can continually improve.
The Digital Communications Officer will work closely with and support the Digital Communications Manager to deliver and implement a digital communication and social media strategy for the NCA and to support each Care Organisation (CO).
This post will be an integral part of NCA’s newly enhanced central digital function within the Communications Team. The team will provide professional expert advice and support Care Organisations with all digital communications, including the newly launched NCA website and My Hub internal website and several social media channels across the Trust and internal newsletters. In addition, they will ensure the correct use of the corporate visual/brand identity across NCA.
