What We Ask From You:

- As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility is to create and promote a friendly, entertaining, and safe casino environment while ensuring strict compliance with license conditions and SIA (Security Industry Authority) legislation. You will be accountable for:

- Positive and Consistent Visibility: Maintain a positive and consistent presence on the Gaming Floor, fostering a secure atmosphere.
- Compliance and Legislation: Demonstrate a deep understanding of compliance and legislation, minimizing risks to ensure the safety and integrity of the casino.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisors Licence: Possess a current and valid SIA Door Supervisors Licence.
- First Aid Certification: Be trained in the delivery of First Aid to respond effectively to emergencies.
- Challenge 25: Understand and implement Challenge 25 policies to ensure age-appropriate access.
- Security Experience: Have a minimum of 6 months of security experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment governed by legislation.

Additional Information:
Shift work is an integral part of this role, including evening and weekend obligations outside of standard working hours.
