**What We Need**:
As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

**_This is a PART TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 3 days, and a wage starting at £10.42 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests' reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is
- Escort guests to their tables and give them the best tour around our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms. Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
- Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise.
