Capital Outsourcing Group's client is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resources to Virgin Media for over 35 years. They have been awarded several new Virgin Media contracts for which we are currently looking for the very best talent. **Capital Outsourcing Group** are looking for the next generation of **Cabling Engineers** to kick-start their careers and receive fully paid training. **_OTE - £27,000.00++_** **In your role you will be responsible for**: - Excavating in the highways and complying with NRSWA Code of Practice 1991 and HSG47 - Installing new ductwork and chambers - Clearing blockages - Rod, Rope and Testing Compliance with Specification for Reinstatement of Openings in Highways (SROH) Communications with internal and external customers and maintaining a positive, professional image of the Company. **You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**: - Telecoms background, i.e. experience on the BT, or Virgin media or Fibre Network - Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on your licence. - Hold valid NRSWA street works Operative Unit 2 (not essential) - Competent in the use of mechanical Civils equipment - Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety practices. - Passion for hands on work/DIY - Drive to progress and succeed - Competitive Earning Potential **_£25,000.00 - £30,000.00++_** - Fully Paid Training - Company Van, Fuel Card, Uniform, Tools & PPE - Personal Accident Insurance - You are in control of your earning potential - Excellent career progression opportunities Alternatively, please click **"Apply"** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company car Application question(s): - What is your home postcode? - What is your current notice period?
