Bakery Assistant

**Duties**:

- Assist with the preparation and production of baked goods within our central production unit
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as required
- Package and label finished products for display or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready on time
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
