Full Job Description

We are looking for two Room Attendants who are committed to great customer service and would like to join our Louvre Hotel Group Family. Our hotels are open 7 days a week, 365 days per year, so we can offer flexibility to employees with various shift patterns.

You’ll have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting the highest standards.

**As a Room Assistant you will be involved in duties such as**:

- Implementing & respecting chain's standard operation procedures
- Implementing corrective action after guest reviews and mystery visit
- Register stock in & out
- Organise linen & welcome product stores
- Refill housekeeping trolley
- Participate in the opening and closing of the department
- Cleaning of the public areas
- Ensure guest safety at all times

Knowledge and skills required:
**Training**
- Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service environment

**Expertise **(job-knowledge, technical skills)
- Ability to understand and follow guidelines
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Basic housekeeping technical skills

- Good personal appearance and hygiene
- Good punctuality and attendance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Pay: £9.50 per hour
