Head up your own branch within this busy recruitment agency, based in Birmingham. You would be heading up a small team of recruitment consultants, leading from the front. The business is a well respected provider of temporary recruitment, operating across theindustrial and commercial sectors.
A good basic salary is on offer, plus a company car or a car allowance, along with free parking. A steady stream of repeat business is in place with warm client relationships. However there is plenty of potential to grow this branch further (and thereby increasingyour earning potential). This is a busy, temporary based recruitment agency. (You will need to handle an on-call mobile phone, as part of an on-call rota).
We are therefore seeking an experienced recruiter with proven ability to grow a temporary recruitment business. Ideally, you will have managed a team before - although this is not essential and if you're looking for your first step into branch management, thiscould be the ideal opportunity. You will get strong support from the business, along with a real commitment to your personal development.
