**Job Title: Domestic Assistant/Housekeeper - Ibstock House**

**Location: Bramfield House School, Suffolk, IP19 9AB**

**Salary: £18,630.00 per annum**

**Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

**Contract: Permanent, 46 weeks**

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Domestic Assistant/Housekeeper to join our close-knit team at Bramfield House School, part of Acorn Education.

**About the Role**

As a Domestic Assistant/Housekeeper at Bramfield House, you will be required to support the cleaning and management of the food service at the school whilst providing domestic support during breakfast and lunch periods.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be able to use domestic and professional cleaning equipment; powered floor polisher, vacuum cleaners etc.
- Cleaning of rooms as needed; toilets, showers, stairways, lobbies, windows, paintwork, corridors, outside steps and remove all litter and waste to outside bins.
- Provide for breakfast and lunch service for staff and boys. (Food is prepared remotely on site).

- be able to work on your own initiative (unsupervised), as well as part of a Team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness required throughout the school.
