We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team at Tech4Cash. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our mobile phone shop. Your responsibilities will include listing items online, processing and cleaning items for shipment, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- List items accurately and effectively on online platforms.
- Assist in processing and cleaning items to be sent out for delivery.
- Serve customers in-store, providing product information and assisting with purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and technology preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
