This global organisation offers flexible, hybrid working to a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA who is trained in Audit with a big firm background. c3 days a week in the office in Oxford (with lots of flexibility on this.)
**Your new role**
Your new role will encompass a mix of Operational and Financial audit and controls.
- You will lead and perform multiple tasks on audit, assurance and advisory engagements from planning, fieldwork and reporting in line with professional standards;
- Liaising with stakeholders at all levels in the business to help ensure the audit work carried out effectively and addressing the principal risks in the group and linking them to the business strategy;
- Drafting audit programmes based upon understanding the business and the key risks
- Planning and managing all aspects of internal audit assignments
- Communicating internal audit findings in a timely and collaborative manner with process owners to ensure outputs are understood and develop practical recommendations to remediate control deficiencies focused on root cause;
- Conducting ad hoc special assignments/projects as requested responding to emerging business risks;
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will ideally be a qualified ACA or ACCA trained in a top tier firm of Accountants in External Audit with some PQE and a desire to make a move in to the Commercial sector within Internal Audit. Prospects exist within the organisation to develop a careerin Internal Audit or in the future, make a move in to the wider finance team.
- You could also have trained in Internal Audit and be seeking your next move.
- You will ideally have experience of both Financial and Operational Audits.
- Travel is limited to between 20 and 30% both UK and Europe. (Maximum stay away of a week at a time for overseas trips.)

**What you'll get in return**
- Salary according to experience from £50-60000
- Flexible working options available. Hybrid working with a maximum of 4 days in the office in Oxford and a very flexible team arrangement on hybrid working.
