Senior HR Advisor

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor in Shefford with Central Bedfordshire Council.

This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include
- Experience Requirements Local Government Experience as an HR Adviser Recent operational TUPE experience (both TUPE in and out of organisations).
- Recent operational HR Advisory experience across the range of ER policies and holding own case load.
- Supporting Managers with the drafting of ER reports for formal hearings.
- Quality Assurance of reports. Knowledge and operational experience of Ill Health Retirement processes Supported / lead HR related projects Managing change across a range of Directorates / conditions of service Knowledge, use and co-ordination of HR systems to respond to customer enquiries and record case Supervising / managing/mentoring staff Non essential experience / nice to have Experience of HR Advisory support for Schools, including knowledge of the School Teachers' Pay & Conditions / NJC Pay & Conditions Working in private sector in a service delivery environment (i.e care homes, wholly owned companies etc)
