**The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant**

The role of the SEN Teaching Assistant is for a highly proactive and passionate support assistant with extensive experience supporting students aged 4-11 years old with SEN. As a SEN TA you will be working in a classroom both 1:1 and in small groups withstudents with additional learning challenges. As a SEN TA you will need to implement and execute a plan of action to help the student achieve their maximum potential and will need to be committed and consistent to assisting the student achieve the goals mappedout for their progression.
