Due to some strong traction in the market and significant business growth in 2021, we are now looking to recruit a Regional Trainer, to deliver training and support to a wide range of allied health care professionals who are extending their scope of practiceto carry out Microsuction Ear Wax Removal services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of training and support to customers across a number of leading UK hearing-care providers, NHS providers and Pharmacy Groups
- Managing a pre-defined geographical area as well as supporting national events when required
- Delivering online webinars, face-to-face training events and refresher visits with customers
- Individual mentoring of customers through their initial logbook period
- Be competent in Wax Removal and Microsuction procedures

**About You**:

- Degree or equivalent in Audiology (RCCP/HCPC registered)
- Qualified in Wax Removal/Microsuction - preferable
- Outgoing, dynamic, self-motivated with the ability to engage and motivate
- Possess the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills - essential
