**Compugraphics** is the leading provider of photomask solutions in the mature technology sector. We have delivered high quality photomasks and reticles around the globe for over 50 years. We have 3 strategically located manufacturing siteslocated in Scotland, Germany and USA in addition to a dedicated repel and recertification site in Austin, TX.

**Job Purpose**

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced account manager to expand our small European sales team. The Account Manager will develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ operations and photomask needs to provide the best technical andservice solution and develop long-term partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Account Management
- Develop and maintain existing portfolio of key accounts
- Nurture and develop key relationships at an operational and strategic level
- Provide technical solutions and quotations
- Produce regular customer progress reports (internal and external)
- Communicate and coordinate key account activities with the Operations and Management Team and relevant manufacturing sites
- Organise and lead regular business review meetings with customers both remotely and face-to-face
- Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting of customers in your portfolio and maintain monthly sales targets

**Business Development**

Responsibility to identify new prospects in your territory and opportunities at existing accounts using an ATLAS (Salesforce) led approach and structure
Support marketing activity including online campaigns; participation at trade shows and seminars

**Key Requirements**

Experience a similar technical or sales role, ideally within semiconductor/ lithographic/ design environment
Proven track record of at least 3 years’ key account management and sales field experience
Strong ability to build rapport and leverage customer and internal relationships
Experience of using ATLAS customer relationship system (CRM) system or similar
Be self-motivated and ability to work independently
Possess a professional, positive attitude and embrace good team working
Any foreign language ability in particular German would be advantageous

This is an office-based role and will require travel within UK and Europe. Some international travel may be required.
Office/ manufacturing location is: Glenrothes, Fife.
