What You Will Do as a Primary ECT:

What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified **Primary ECT** (or on track to qualify) with a genuine interest in SEND
- Some experience with SEN or willingness to embrace specialist training
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent classroom control, behaviour management, and a sense of humour goes a long way
