We arrange over 15,000 new customer life insurance policies per month with leading sales conversions and customer satisfaction metrics. The business is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries.

Content Marketing Executive

Up to £22,000

Portsmouth/Hybrid Working

The marketing department at Reassured is anything but ordinary. Not only do we provide the marketing to grow our own life insurance business, we also operate as a digital agency working with some of the UK’s largest insurance brands.

You’ll be joining a rapidly growing team of technical & creative people with an annual marketing budget of £35 million.

Reassured is looking for a super organised Content Marketing Executive to help support the SEO team.

**Role requirements**:

- Work in collaboration with our content team to create compelling online articles that increase the online visibility of Reassured and the products we sell (life insurance, funeral plans, income protection)
- Research and create original, engaging and compliant blog articles on related topics within our sector
- Research and write original and engaging guest blog posts on related topics within our sector for relevant and credible 3rd party domains (link building)
- Write content that adheres to our SEO best practice (training provided)
- Carry out competitor analysis research (training provided)
- Carry out keyword research to identify new topic opportunities (training provided)
- Work with the marketing team on infographics; brainstorm ideas, research and develop an idea, proof artwork, check sources/stats
- Write press releases on business achievements, awards and noteworthy business news
- Manage our 9 Google My Business locations (publish regular posts, respond to Google reviews, add imagery, maintain opening times)
- Audit existing SEO content
- Proofread articles written by other team members and provide constructive feedback

**Essential Skills**
- A passion for digital content, copywriting and SEO
- Very high attention to detail (grammar, tone of voice, SEO best practice, brand values, digital best practice)
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver content to a deadline
- Experience of Wordpress, a CMS or basic HTML an advantage (not essential)
- A basic understanding of SEO and Google/search engines an advantage (not essential)
- A willingness to learn and a positive '_can do’ _attitude
- An ability to work independently (working from home) and as part of a wider team
